Reason for Changing Career: Had enough of making money for other people. Ivan wanted to earn more money and have more time for his family.
Current Status: Ivan is working for a small family business currently.  He is building up his knowledge and qualifications. Long term Ivan wants to be running his own business with a few employees and a couple of vans on the road.
Graham Cullum
Graham Cullum - Age 38 - Previously A Graphic Designer.
Reason for Changing Career: Graham was bored of his job and like most people wanted to make more money to support his family.
Current Status: He has finished his third practical week and is doing some part-time work with a fully qualified electrician. Once Graham has finished the course he has been offered a full-time job. Graham is confident he will gain his NVQ3 quite quickly.

Nigel Crossman - Age 46 - Previously In Retail.
Reason for Changing Career: After spending 30 years in retailing, Nigel was unexpectedly made redundant. Being used to a salary of £30,000 plus a company car, Nigel struggled to find a new career that would offer the same earning potential. However Nigel then found out about New Career Skills electrician courses and hasn't looked back.
